AHMED SAMIR is a Professional Trainer and Credit Risk, Collection & Fraud Management Consultant, has over 19 years as highly experienced professional executive management skills in multinational & international companies with strong leadership, notable experiences in managing, training and providing consultations for Credit Risk Management, Collections, Fraud Management, Contact Centers, Customer Experience, Policies/Processes setting, and Startup/Launching phases supported by strong Finance background.

Ahmed has an international telecommunication experience in Egypt and Gulf region, worked at the launching phases of telecom operators as "Vodafone Egypt", Mobily-KSA" and “Saudi Arabian Airlines “and has his input in building the structure of the Credit Risk Management and Customer Operations.

Ahmed has been involved in many consulting projects in the region including the design, development & implementation of strategy for employee performance management, reward & recognition schemes, coaching & mentoring programs, training & development, Organizational Development and Quality Management lifecycle.

Ahmed was a member of the “Saudi Credit Bureau SIMAH”- “Mobily” committee for creating a world class Credit Risk prevention tools for telecom companies. Also shared in launching and startup of different departments as Contact Centers, Loyalty & Retention, Credit Risk Management, and Finance Operations. Launching “Mobily” Eastern region Contact Center with over 800 HC as considered one of the biggest Contact Centers in the Middle East.

Designed the payment system for “RadioShack Egypt” as well as providing trainings and consultations for various telecommunication systems and business solutions as he did in buying and implementing “SUBEX” Fraud management system to “Mobily” KSA as well as long experience of contacting DCAs “Debt Collection Agencies” Ahmed travel extensively to the gulf region to share his vision” serving with passion” in the Arab World.
