Ahmed is one of the senior leadership team in Vodafone Egypt with more than 18 years of diversified experience in people management, customer care, Customer experience, distribution, Credit risk management, Fraud and retail. He is currently Head of Retail for Vodafone Egypt and has enjoyed a long career with the company with other senior leadership roles including Head of Direct Sales& Data, Head of Credit Management & Fraud and Customer care senior manager.
Ahmed is a global HR certified assessor by SHL, a certified trainer in VFE and certified job evaluator by Tower Watson and values based organization champion. Ahmed’s skills and experience encompass a consultancy & assessment projects in the Gulf region.
Ahmed is a very passionate leader who believes strongly in people’s potentials and has the capability to motivate large diverse teams; driving them to commercial success and positively influences their lives. He is a motivational speakers and lecturer in some of the Egyptian universities/ educational institutions and the Co-founder and VP of Al- Hassan foundation for spinal cord injuries.
